Adios….for now!

I’ve had such a wonderful time here in Canada and have learned so much from my Canadian friends. I’ve just received an offer I can’t refuse- another opportunity to go spend some time with my favourite cousin in New York. Together, we’ll create some more fabulous avocado recipes that I’ll be sure to share in the future.
