Avocados fuel me!
The sun is shining, summer is almost here and I’m so glad to finally be able to get outside and work out!
To get in shape for some of my new favourite summer activities, I’ll need to fuel up with avocados, of course! I always start my workout days with a Key Lime Smoothie since it fills me up and provides me with the nutrients and energy I need for my workout. Avocados also supply protein which helps nourish muscles.
My friends and I are planning to go hiking, kayaking, biking and you can be sure we’ll be playing lots of beach volleyball over the next couple of months. Fueled with avocados, we’ll be sure to stay energized for hours!
