Cinco de Mayo is almost here!

I am so excited Cinco de Mayo is almost here. It’s such an incredible holiday commemorating the Mexican victory over the French army in 1862. In Mexico we celebrate with big parties and lots of music, dancing and, of course, good food!

I always celebrate Cinco de Mayo with family and friends. This year, I want my Canadian friends to experience how truly wonderful it is. I will be hosting a big party and will definitely be making lots of my Classic Guacamole because guacamole is a staple at any Cinco de Mayo party. Once my friends experience how amazing Cinco de Mayo is I’m sure they will want to keep celebrating it each year!
